Parents and guardians of African-American students in Glenbard District 87 are invited to an important meeting of FUSE: Families United for Students’ Excellence when Raquel Wilson PhD, principal of Glenbard’s Directions program, and Dean of Students at Glenbard East Gregory Baker, PhD present “Resources, Skills and Strategies to Achieve and Holiday Gathering”
FUSE is an exciting opportunity to become involved in your teen’s education. The mission of FUSE is to provide tools, resources, and education to Glenbard families that will equip students for success.
This FUSE presentation will provide information for parents to empower them, as they learn about resources available for high school students. Also, academic skills and strategies for students will be shared, along with techniques parents may use to encourage children to excel in school and lifelong learning.
Free dinner will be provided at this FUSE Holiday gathering and all are welcome.
