This free event will begin at 7 p.m. Sept 15 in the auditorium at Glenbard West High School, 670 Crescent Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.
This program will be repeated at noon Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the Marquardt School District 15 Administration Center, 1860 Glen Ellyn Road in Glendale Heights.
McGonigal is the author of “The Upside of Stress” and “The Willpower Instinct: How Self-Control Works, Why It Matters, and What You Can Do to Get More of It.”
