Students will need problem-solving and communication skills, resilience, and flexibility no matter what field of study they pursue. Author John Spencer believes that members of tomorrow’s workforce will also need to be curious and collaborative. Nurturing these characteristics will help students have agency over their education and become self-directed learners who can navigate challenges. Spencer will share techniques to help students increase achievement and prepare for the future.
