La adolescencia es una etapa de grandes cambios, y nuestros hijos pueden sentirse especialmente abrumados cuando el estrés llegue a niveles muy altos en su vida y pueda afectar su salud física y mental, llevándolos a tener una baja autoestima. En esta época de pandemia se pone en peligro aún más su bienestar social, emocional y académico. Es necesario que los padres entiendan que existen recursos para poder dar apoyo y para poder influir en la motivación que ayudará a sus hijos a salir adelante y así lograr que tengan una buena autoestima, liderazgo, y actitud positiva en estos tiempos de crisis. El Dr. Ramírez, compartirá estrategias para incrementar su motivación y para que puedan tomar mejores decisiones académicas. Así mismo, los padres recibirán mejor entendimiento de cómo construir una relación fuerte y productiva con su hijo/a adolescente.

Popular psychologist Dr. Ferney Ramirez will share the parenting strategies that will assist students to increase and enhance their motivation, so that they make positive choices around their education. Parents will gain a better understanding of how to build a strong relationship with their adolescent by discovering techniques to enhance communication while providing age-appropriate structure in times of crisis.
